On August 13th, we organized staff training through online self-study and lectures. The training is about our company's corporate culture, company development history, rules and regulations, and fire safety.
The company's general manager was specially invited on the day of the training as a special lecturer. She shared how to integrate corporate culture into the actual work, and colleagues to learn to cooperate and innovate in seeking common ground while reserving differences, to learn from each other's strengths and make progress together. Ms. Chen has vividly introduced the company's development history and shared her own experience in combination with her own work experience for many years. In the afternoon, all staff came to the factory to visit and study. The factory manager led the participants to visit the melamine molding production workshop, and introduced the production process, related technology and finished product storage management.
This staff training guides the new employees to understand the company and learn melamine powder knowledge through factory visit, which effectively enhances the employees' sense of integration and identity for future work.
