Typically, melamine tableware stickers are produced by special melamine sticker printing plants. The melamine cutlery factory only performs post-treatment. Let's move on to the decal process.
1. The first step is drying.
After delivering the decal paper to the factory, it must be baked in the oven. The main purpose is to dry the ink of decal paper.
The decal paper should be clamped and hung in the oven with a clip. Don't cut too thick, usually about 50 sheets a stack.
The temperature is between 80-85 degrees,
Full pattern drying for 2-3 days, LOGO or small pattern drying for 1-2 days.
2. The second step is brushing glaze liquid.
After baking the decal paper, the next step is to brush the glazing liquid. Before brushing we need to make the liquid light up.
The ratio of glazing powder to water is 1.3:1.
The water temperature is about 90 degrees C.
First add water to the mixer, then add melamine galzing powder to mix for about 3-4 minutes, then finish.
The next step is to brush. The tool is a rectangular stainless steel flat box and a brush. We spread the decal paper in a box, brush the glaze evenly on the decal (double-sided brush or one-sided, depending on production needs), then place it on the oven sieve, brush it and bake it.
Note: Don't be too dry, just gently remove it. It doesn't matter if it's a little soft.
3. The third step is cutting and joining the decal paper.
Finally, cut out the required tying decals and paste them if you want to make a bowl decal circle.
