1. Preparation of disinfectant water
- Disinfectant water ratio: 2500 grams of water per 1 tablet.
- Replace every 2 hours.
2. Preparation of washing water
The ratio of cleaning liquid to warm water: 1000g warm water/10g detergent.
Operating procedures
1. Put the melamine chopsticks into the prepared washing water for washing.
2. Soak the cleaned melamine chopsticks in disinfectant water for 5 minutes.
3. Wash and disinfect the melamine chopsticks.
4. Put the chopsticks in the boiling water bucket and cook on the stove for 3-5 minutes.
5. Put the melamine chopsticks on the sterilized shelf and drain the water.
Operational requirements
- Do not use hard objects such as steel balls for cleaning to avoid damage.
- After use, melamine chopsticks must be soaked in clean water in time.
- The surface of the cleaned melamine chopsticks should be smooth and free of oil and water stains.
Note: The melamine chopsticks can be sterilized by an ozone sterilizer, and must not be sterilized and heated in a high-temperature sterilization cabinet.
