Food grade melamine tableware shoud be made of A5 pure melamine moulding powder which has outstanding characteristics. The finished products have excellent resistance against chemical and heat. Furthermore, this kind of melamine tableware has good hardness, hygiene and surface durability. The raw material powder is available in pure melamine powder or granular forms.

Production Steps of Melamine Tableware
1. Preheating procedure: Put the melamine powder needed into a preheating machine to preheat which makes the powdery raw material change into block.
2. Plain surface procedure: Pour the preheated melamine powder into the mold, start-up, then it will be compressed into shape at high temperature and pressure.
3. Decal procedure: Paste the decal paper which has been coated with glaze powder on the surface of the tableware as required and move into mechanical printing procedure.
4. Gold adding procedure: After foil paper done, evenly spread glazing powder onto the surface of the product. Then start the machine curing, the surface of the product has the general luster of porcelain.
5. Polishing procedure: Polishing can remove the burrs of the product, making the product look more beautiful and smooth for people to use.
6. Inspection and packaging procedures: In order to ensure the quality of the product, the quality inspection is strictly controlled. Initial inspection and re-inspection should be provided to select the unqualified products and then enter the warehouse package.
