Before mass production, we provided free samples for the customer’s molding trial and color testing. After successful trial runs, the customer placed this formal bulk order.
Huafu’s melamine moulding compound undergoes full in-factory quality testing before packing. Our QC team checks key indicators including fluidity, curing time, moisture content, color consistency and shrinkage rate. All materials comply with food contact safety requirements. The powder is packed in 20kg kraft paper bags with waterproof wrapping for sea transportation.
