Production Steps of Melamine Tableware

1. Preheating procedure: Put the melamine powder needed into a preheating machine to preheat which makes the powdery raw material change into block.

2. Plain surface procedure: Pour the preheated melamine powder into the mold, start-up, then it will be compressed into shape at high temperature and pressure.

3. Decal procedure: Paste the decal paper which has been coated with glaze powder on the surface of the tableware as required and move into mechanical printing procedure.

4. Gold adding procedure: After foil paper done, evenly spread glazing powder onto the surface of the product. Then start the machine curing, the surface of the product has the general luster of porcelain.
